1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa sprzętu komputerowego i oprogramowania, a także świadczenie serwisu gwarancyjnego na warunkach zawartych w SWZ, w tym w projekcie umowy. 2. Przedmiot zamówienia został podzielony na 14 części – Zadań, których opis zawarty jest w SWZ i załącznikach do niej. 3. Zamawiający nie będzie stosował instytucji, o której mowa w art. 107 ust. 2 ustawy Pzp w przedmiotowym postępowaniu.
