Description

This contract is part of the new section of the motorway between Herning and Aarhus.
The contract includes, in essence, the design and construction of cover and buried troughs with close-proof ground, anchored spun walls including other structures, as well as earthworks and roadworks, including:
— Ground, drainage, pavement, etc. on approximately 1.0 km of motorways, 1.3 km of highways, 1.1 km of motorways and 1 km of municipal roads,
— Rainwater basins;
— Diversion including coordination with authorities and pipeline owners;
— Covering the motorway over a distance of approximately 325 m,
— Close ground for cover,
— Buried troughs with dense ground for sections of a total of approximately 675 m,
— Supporting walls for motorways and ramps, approximately 2.3 km anchored foot walls for the motorway and 0.4 km of the front ramps,
— Lighting and other technical installations in cover,
— Road lighting for Østre Ringvej, signalling and intersection conversion.
Cover and tight bottom shall be carried out in concrete.
The main works include, inter alia, the following:
— Various grubbings, demolitions and refurbishments necessary for carrying out the work,
— The design, establishment and operation of groundwater reduction installations during the construction period, including groundwater monitoring;
— The supply of ‘Through carried out’ project material including monitoring report (s) in accordance with the applicable archival instructions.
