Poland-Katowice: Portable computers
(1) The subject matter of the contract is the supply of a notebook computer and a monitor, hereinafter referred to as equipment.
(2) the equipment offered must be new and unused, derived from current production (year of manufacture:
not earlier than 2014) and be legally sourced and dedicated to the European market, have
relevant certificates and approvals allowing it to be sold and used in Poland.
3) Scope of the contract: delivery of notebook (1 item) and monitor (1 item) including transport, unloading
and lodging at the place indicated by the Contracting Authority, as well as the provision of a technical service in
the duration of the guarantee.
(4) Minimum guarantee period required:
— part A – 12 months,
— part B – 36 months.
The guarantee period starts to run on the date on which the contracting authority signs the acceptance report.
(5) The detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is set out in Annexes 2A-2B to the ToR.
(6) The contracting authority authorises the submission of partial tenders for the following lots:
— part A: notebook computer (1 item),
— part B: monitor (1 item).
(7) The contract must be executed within a maximum period of time:
— for Part A: up to 30 days from the date of conclusion of the contract,
— for Part B: up to 30 days from the date of receipt of the order issued as a result of the conclusion of the contract.
