Description

The contracting authority intends to use the design of free-range facilities pursuant to Section 39 of the HOAI, service phases 1-5, for the construction of the open and sports areas of a five-stage primary school with 20 classes, sing and music school, mensa, THV service accommodation, a house for children, an underground car park and a two- or three-fold sports hall with use of the club. In the subsequent construction, the primary school and the house for children will be built in a first stage of construction with the associated open-air areas and development areas. In a second stage, the sports hall and the exterior sports areas will be followed.
