Description

1. The contract concerns:
(1) the collection and transport of municipal waste generated and collected from all properties on which residents live and from immovable property on which no residents live and where municipal waste is generated, situated within the administrative boundaries of the City of Łuków;
(2) organisation and operation of the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) in the city of Łuków, together with the management of the collected waste.
2. In the context of the provision of the service for the collection of municipal waste, the contractor will equip the property in the missing containers and bags for the collection of mixed and separately collected municipal waste and to newly-resident properties which have changed the method of collecting mixed waste into separately collected waste, they will be supplied within 5 working days of receiving information from the Contracting Authority.
3. The city of Łuków has an area of 35.75 km² (3 575 ha). The city’s population at 31.12.2014 is 30225 inhabitants. The city of Luków is characterised by a negative rate of population growth.
4. The city of Łuków has national, regional, district and municipal roads with a total length of about.106 640 m.
5. The contractor must collect and transport the municipal waste listed in Table 1 of the SOPZ.
