Description

Die GMH | Gebäudemanagement Hamburg GmbH ist ein städtisches Unternehmen, welches u.a. für über 50 allgemeinbildende Schulen im Süden Hamburgs (Wilhelmsburg und Harburg) sowie für Gebäude des Hochschul- und Kommunalbaus die Dienstleistungen des Baus, des Betriebes und der Bewirtschaftung wahrnimmt. --------------- Auf der städtischen Sportanlage Hemmingstedter Weg 140 im Bezirk Altona soll ein neuer Bundesstützpunkt (BSP), sowie Landesstützpunkt (LSP) Hockey errichtet werden. Hierzu werden zwei vorhandene Naturrasenspielfelder in ein Hockeygroßspielfeld (1. BA) und ein Hockeykleinspielfeld umgebaut. Beide Spielfelder erhalten eine Flutlichtanlage, sowie eine Bewässerungseinrichtung. Das Kleinspielfeld wird durch eine Kaltlufthalle ohne Wände überbaut (2. BA), so dass eine Winternutzung ermöglicht wird. Ergänzend wird ein ca. 830 m² (HGF) großes Funktionsgebäude mit Umkleiden, Sanitäranlagen, sowie Kraft-, Seminar- und Büroräumen errichtet (3.
