Description

In order to meet the following regulatory MaRisk requirements, msg business for banking ag (software: MARZIPAN) required: 1) Present value deviations in the context of restructuring 2) Requirements for product and margin calculations, e.g. to take into account relevant costs, approaches to different pricing frameworks (product-based and transaction-oriented) and documentation of pricing 1) NBank already uses the MARZIPAN tool to carry out the necessary present value calculations. However, an expansion of the users (and thus of the licenses) is necessary in order to be able to implement the calculations in all relevant teams. Re 2) The requirements for the product margin calculation are implemented in the MARZIPAN software by extending the existing scope of services, extending the licenses as well as consulting/training services on the part of msg. MARZIPAN is an established and comprehensive standard product for the calculation of financial products in the banking sector. msg is the only provider of the MARZIPAN software. The MARZIPAN software is currently already in use at NBank (the extension of an existing application is commissioned) and is already part of NBank's controlling-related IT architecture.
