Description

Gemeente Midden-Groningen is op zoek naar een Aannemer die het Kindcentrum Muntendam in zijn geheel kan bouwen, van het bouwrijp maken tot en met de oplevering (inclusief installaties) en nazorg. Hiertoe heeft de Gemeente Midden-Groningen een Europese Niet-openbare aanbesteding gedaan. De Opdrachtnemer zal samen met alle kernpartners zorgdragen voor de realisatie van het nieuwe Kindcentrum, waardoor een duurzame en bevings- en toekomstbestendige onderwijsvoorziening wordt gerealiseerd in de gemeente Midden-Groningen. De grootte van het gebruiksoppervlak per plek/gebruiker: • CBS de Parel ca. 609 m2 • OBS Menterhorn ca. 850 m2 • Kinderopvang Kaka ca. 200 m2 • Gymzaal ca. 464 m2 • Het gemeenschappelijke deel ca. 535 m2
