Framework agreement for the supply of compact transformer stations made of aluminium in accordance with our tender documents.The completed transformer stations are to be supplied without transformer (installation is carried out by the AG on site) with ready-to-connect MSP and NSP transformer cables as a whole piece including foundation tray ready for connection and pre-tested as a workshop.This framework agreement in the form of a value contract will initially be concluded for one year. However, the customer is granted the right to optionally extend the contractual relationship by one additional year at his discretion, so that the contract duration with use of all options is a maximum of 7 years i.e. 31.12.2032. Delivery conditions: DAP - Graz , payment conditions: 30 days net, place of delivery: Graz, Auer-Welsbach-Gasse 26.
