Description

These are the health transports of elongated patients or in Transport Assis Professionnalisé (TAP) at the expense of the health institution day and night (24 hours a day), every day of the year including public holidays (365/366 days a year). Other types of specialised medical and paramedical transports (such as paediatric, bariatric, psychiatric) will be described in the different lots. In addition, public passenger transport and Transport of Persons with Reduced Mobility (TPMR) are also described as part of the daytime receptions of the various establishments parties. In the event of a legislative or regulatory evolution around section 80 of the LFSS, the subject of this contract may be subject to evolution by way of amendment subject to compliance with the Public Order Code. The framework agreement, without a minimum amount, will be executed by issuing order forms. Each lot will be awarded separately. The services are paid for by unit prices. The estimated amounts are indicative and can be found in Annex 2 to the Consultation Rules (financial volume per lot and estimated quantitative volume per year).
