1. Scope of the contract: The order includes the delivery and installation of 330 m of energy-intensive steel barriers at DW 812 and DW 838 and the dismantling of damaged barriers at DW 812. 1) Dismantled damaged barriers should be taken to the premises of the Road District Component Square in Chełm, ul Szpitalna 53b, 22-100 Chełm. 2) The scope of work carried out and the location of steel protective barriers are specified in the attached Project of the Permanent Road Traffic Organization and Technical Specification. 3) The Order must be executed in accordance with the Description of the Subject of the Order, the Technical Specification and the Draft Agreement. 4) The Contractor grants a warranty for a period of 24 months from the date of receipt of the task. 5) The Contractor is obliged to ensure safe road and pedestrian traffic conditions in the area of works carried out in accordance with the Temporary Traffic Organization Project. 6) Marking the works during their conduct, the Contractor secures on his own. 7) Transport, unloading and assembly of the subject of the contract will be provided by the Contractor. 2.
