The services are paid for by unit and flat-rate prices. The purpose of the contract is to redesign the Rennes Ville et Métropole site, metropole.rennes.fr, so that it better meets the community's commitments to environmental and social transitions. The place of news is to be re-examined, in view of the expectations of users. Rennes Ville et Métropole wishes to take advantage of this issue of digital sobriety to make our services more efficient, more inclusive and more accessible. It is not only a question of technical optimization but of general interest. We are no longer talking only about eco-design but about eco-socio-design, that is to say, designing communications whose environmental impacts are reduced and whose social impacts are positive.
