Description

As the casuistics and evolution of patients do not allow the exact estimation of the quantities of medical supplies, but also the allocation of financial resources is to some extent variable, it is considered appropriate to conclude a framework agreement for a period of 24 months with several economic operators. The number of days until which clarifications may be requested before the closing date for the submission of tenders shall be 18 days. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications on the 11th day before the closing date for submission of tenders.
