Netherlands-Deventer: Engineering services

The contract relates to the preparation and implementation of projects from the Multi-years Maintenance Programme (MJOP) of the municipality of Deventer. This MJOP includes projects in the context of the maintenance and management of the public space. This concerns in particular the preparation of more complex projects involving several disciplines such as sewerage, paving and green. These projects often have a high degree of participation of residents in the preparation of the project. Work to be carried out relates to design design, presentation of drafts to stakeholders, preparation of tender specifications, optional management/supervision. The work to be carried out for this contract will be determined for each sub-contract.
The agreement is a framework agreement for cooperation. The purpose of the framework agreement is therefore to make a good contribution to the development of the contracting authority by:
1. obtaining high-quality and cost-efficient services and products;
2. quality assurance by our contractual partner;
3. further developing contractual partner to cooperation partner;
