Requirements - The translation tool integrates generative AI with context-specific functionality and the ability to edit inputs - The translation tool has the ability to access, store and receive existing translation memories and term banks of different organisations, as well as to create its own translation memories and term banks, and these are available to all users of the translation tool, e.g. via the cloud - It is possible to enter translated materials from different languages in the most common file formats (Office365 file formats and PDF) - The translation tool preserves the formatting of the translated material - The translation tool can easily edit translations produced by artificial intelligence or from translation memories - Artificial Intelligence produces translations into different languages, including Finnish, Swedish, English, Arabic, Russian, Estonian, Somali, Ukrainian, Farsi, Persian, Dari, Kurd (Sorani), Mandarin or French. - The translation tool can be integrated into various management systems, such as the order management system - The translation tool produces versatile reports, such as the time spent on translation and the number of characters translated - The translation tool and AI features must be up-to-date as updates become available and AI technology and language models evolve - A GDPR and EU AI Act compliant solution 1.
