Description

1. The subject-matter of the contract is the booking, sale and supply of air tickets for international passenger services to senators, staff of the Senate Chancellery and other persons seconded by the Senate Chancellery to travel abroad. Tickets must be delivered to the Contracting Authority’s premises at ul. Rural 6, Warsaw, or other places designated by the Contracting Authority.
2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is set out in Annex 1 to the ToR – Description of the subject matter of the contract and Annex 1a to the description of the subject of the contract.
3. The contracting authority informs that it does not provide for advance payments for the performance of this contract.
