The subject-matter of this tendering procedure is: the supply of medical equipment, hereinafter referred to as the Goods or Equipment, in accordance with the type of assortment and quantities specified in the ‘Assortment and Price Form’ constituting Annex 2 to the tender form and in accordance with the ‘Offer Form’ constituting Annex 1 to the tender form and meeting the limit parameters specified in Annex ‘Technical parameters’ – Annex 1a to the Offer Form and in accordance with Annex ‘Conditions of Guarantee and Service’ – Annex 1b to the Offer Form.
