The subject of the contract is to ensure the provision of a remote health service (‘the Service’) through an online communication platform that connects the patient, i.e. the potential patient of the outpatient form of health care, with the health service provider. Remote health services means services provided outside a healthcare facility by means of remote access, using information and telecommunication technologies or a medical device, the purpose of which is to assess and set up an individual treatment procedure, or propose its modification or supplementation, and other consultations supporting the patient’s decision-making on the provision of health services carried out by another health service provider or healthcare professional chosen by the patient. The subject of the public contract is the provision of a software solution and the provision of health service providers who provide remote health services through an online communication platform to residents with permanent residence in the territory of the South Bohemian Region in continuous operation 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
