Czech Republic-Ostrava: Storage media
The purpose of this contract is therefore to supplement the operated storage system (data repository) NetApp FAS3240 with new disk capacities, transparently without disrupting the operating data structures and without losing the investments made so far. An extension of the storage capacity of at least 144 TB gross capacity of at least 72 hard drives of the same type is required. Programme security of application data synchronous mirroring and application transparent fail-over, resistant to failure of any individual components of the storage system and the entire location without impact on running applications and without interruption of running transactions. The delivered disk shelves shall meet the following minimum criteria:
— 3 identical and independent disk shelves, each with a gross capacity of min. 48 TB on 24 disks,
— the installed disks shall have a minimum of 7 200 rpm/sec for SATA/SAS disks,
— this shall include the necessary data and supply wiring and QSFP-QSFP transceivers.
The supply must include all the necessary cablings, tranceivers and other components necessary for the integration of the supplied HW into the infrastructures operated, even if not directly mentioned. Required parameters to complement the data repository:
— assembling, installing and configuring the system on the infrastructures operated in liaison with the contracting authority, without interruption of all the services of the operated disk storage site and without interruption of running transactions,
— the software supplied must be supported by the manufacturer for a minimum of 36 months and the contracting authority is authorised to deploy this software in operation,
— guarantee support for the manufacturer of the equipment supplied for a period of not less than 36 months from the start-up of the equipment purchased,
— the equipment supplied shall be supported by the manufacturer for a minimum period of 5 years after the equipment being procured has been put into service,
— the possibility of extending the guarantee (under a separate call for tenders);
— integration into a continuous remote surveillance system already acquired and operated by the manufacturer within the warranty period,
— integration into the continuous proactive monitoring of the system operated so far with automatic response by the manufacturer within the warranty period;
— warranty service at the installation site with a minimum guaranteed NBD (NBD) reaction of at least 36 months from the start-up of the purchased equipment,
— installation and transparent integration of all HW and SW components delivered into OS AIX, Linux, Windows, VMware and DB2/Oracle/MS-SQL/MS/Exchange;
— induction to administrators of minimum 2 x 8 hours on the equipment delivered, the training will be on two dates, the first after installation of the equipment, the second before deployment (after testing by the administrator).
