Description

The National Energy Regulatory Authorities of Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Finland asked interested parties to prepare a tender on a project of which methodology from postage stamp, capacity weighted distance or matrix would serve as the most suitable option for Baltic-Finnish market and develop a methodology regarding its application in the region. The project will allow NRAs to make decisions about future transmission pricing in the Baltic-Finnish region.
