Description

Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι η ανάδειξη αναδόχου για την προμήθεια «ΛΑΠΑΡΟΣΚΟΠΙΚΑ (ΣΕΤ ΛΑΠΑΡΟΣΚΟΠΙΚΗΣ ΧΟΛΟΚΥΣΤΕΚΤΟΜΗΣ ΜΕ ΣΥΝΟΔΟ ΕΞΟΠΛΙΣΜΟ ΚΑΙ ΛΑΠΑΡΟΣΚΟΠΙΚΑ ΕΡΓΑΛΕΙΑ)». Τα προς προμήθεια είδη κατατάσσονται στους ακόλουθους κωδικούς του Κοινού Λεξιλογίου δημοσίων συμβάσεων C.P.V. : 33168000-5, «Διατάξεις ενδοσκοπίας και ενδοχειρουργικής». Προσφορές υποβάλλονται για ένα ή περισσότερα είδη και για το σύνολο των αντίστοιχων ποσοτήτων του διαγωνισμού. Η εκτιμώμενη αξία της σύμβασης ανέρχεται στο ποσό των 177.958,22€ μη συμπεριλαμβανομένου ΦΠΑ (εκτιμώμενη αξία συμπεριλαμβανομένου Φ.Π.Α. 24%: 220.668,18€). Το Νοσοκομείο διατηρεί μονομερές δικαίωμα προαίρεσης για ένα ακόμα έτος, μετά τη χρονική λήξη της σύμβασης ή μετά την ανάλωση μέρους ή του συνόλου του οικονομικού αντικειμένου αυτής. Συνολική εκτιμώμενη αξία συμπεριλαμβανομένου του δικαιώματος προαίρεσης, ανέρχεται στο ποσό των 355.916,44€ μη συμπεριλαμβανομένου ΦΠΑ (εκτιμώμενη αξία συμπεριλαμβανομένου του Φ.Π.Α. 24%: 441.336,38€).
