This consultation concerns the rehabilitation works of the Rangueil school group - lots 06-09 and 10. In order to increase the school's capacity to meet the demographic needs of the school's living area, bring buildings into line with the new school reference system and improve the overall energy performance of the site, the City Council of Toulouse is planning the following work on the Rangueil school group: - Complete rehabilitation of the elementary school, building in R+2 on crawl space of which only the post-beam structure of the 1960s will be preserved (works of the farm section); - Asbestos removal and deconstruction of the nursery school on the ground floor then reconstruction of a school in R+1 (works of the optional tranche). The asbestos removal and partial deconstruction of the elementary school were the subject of a previous early consultation in order to allow the work to be carried out as early as February 2025.
