Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest sukcesywne dostawy odczynników diagnostycznych na potrzeby Szpitalnego Laboratorium bakteriologiczno- serologicznego WS SP ZOZ w Nowej Soli. 2. Zamawiający podzielił przedmiot zamówienia na 13 części, zwanych pakietami, z możliwością składania ofert częściowych na poszczególne pakiety. Każdemu z wykonawców przysługuje możliwość złożenia oferty na dowolną ilość wybranych przez siebie pakietów. Oferta na wybrane i oferowane przez Wykonawcę pakiety musi posiadać pełny asortyment. 3. Opis przedmiotu zamówienia został określony w załączniku nr 1 do SWZ.
