CZ2601 Protein purifier
The protein purifier, also known as FPLC technology (Fast Protein Liquid Chromatography), is a liquid chromatograph specially designed for the separation of biologically active macromolecules (proteins). All parts with which the analyzed substances come into contact are made of biocompatible materials and are designed in such a way that the analyzed molecules are not subjected to any physical stress, e.g. heating in the detector space. In a certain configuration, it is also possible to supply a device in which the analyzed substance is completely separated from the external environment and the entire assembly can be operated even at low temperatures (from 4°C above). The technical solution allows fully automatic operation while respecting the dimensions of the system, including the location of mobile phases. In Loschmidt laboratories, FPLC technology is used for highly efficient separation of proteins or protein complexes for subsequent biophysical, biochemical and structural analyses. The emphasis is primarily on reliability, accuracy, ease of use and low-maintenance equipment. It is a chromatographic system for affinity chromatography, gel filtration, ion exchange chromatography, chromatography with hydrophobic interaction, reverse phase chromatography, which will be placed in an already installed refrigerator, which is not included in the delivery. The subject of delivery is a new, complete and fully functional system including a control computer, software and accessories.
