Description

Fortführung bzw. Verlängerung des bestehenden Wartungsvertrages der Software aspenONE Engineering Desktop Standard bei ursprünglichen Lieferanten der Software für die nächsten Service-Intervalle. Es handelt sich unter Bezugnahme auf den Ausnahmetatbestand gemäß §14 Abs. 4 Nr. 5 VgV um zusätzliche Lieferleistungen des ursprünglichen Auftragnehmers, die zur Erneuerung bzw. Erweiterung bereits erbrachter Leistungsumfangs bestimmt sind, und ein Wechsel des Unternehmens dazu führen würde, dass der öffentliche Auftraggeber eine Leistung mit unterschiedlichen technischen Merkmalen kaufen müsste und dies eine technische Unvereinbarkeit oder unverhältnismäßige technische Schwierigkeiten bei Gebrauch und Wartung der Software mit sich bringen würde.
