Předmětem plnění veřejné zakázky v rámci tohoto zadávacího řízení je uzavření rámcové smlouvy podle § 11 a § 89 ZVZ s poskytovatelem analýz toho, nakolik ČRo plní požadavky zákona o Českém rozhlasu uvedené v § 2 zákona 484/1991 Sb. a naplňuje zásady vyplývající z Kodexu Českého rozhlasu (dále též jen analýz).
