In the Municipality of Platanias there is a need to carry out the supply of liquid transport fuels (leaded petrol, petrol and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG)) and heating oil for the needs of vehicles and given the obligation to comply with Article 1(1). 4 of Law 4111/13 (Government Gazette, Series I, No 240/12.12.2012), ratified by Article 48 of Law 4111/13 (Government Gazette, Series I, No 18, 25.1.2013), for 12 months, starting from the signing of the contract or until the contractual amount of the costs is covered, or until the contract is signed as a result of the procedure provided for at the end of this new tendering procedure: The Municipality of Platanias of the Public Benefit Enterprise of the Municipality of Platanias (K.E.D.H.P.) of the First School Committee of the Municipality of Platanias of the 2nd School Committee of the Municipality of Platanias. 6054/18.04.2024 Technical report The study budget is: EUR 322.683,61 excluding 24 % VAT, 24 % VAT: EUR 77.444,06, i.e.: EUR 400.127,67 with VAT
