Description

Under this contract, the selected contractor should provide consultancy services related to the organisation and management of the project, visibility, transparency and communication measures, as well as reporting on the activities envisaged. The aim is to ensure the quality and timely implementation and accountability of the project, in accordance with the terms of the ADBFP. The selected contractor, together with the project manager, will be responsible for the overall organisation and coordination of the project management and implementation workflow and activities, defining, refining and allocating specific tasks among the experts. The scope of the contract includes the following activities to be carried out by the selected contractor: 1. Review of documents 2. Monitoring, control and coordination for the implementation of contracts under the project 3. General management and reporting of project progress 4. Implementation of visibility, transparency and communication measures
