Type of procedure and legal basis for the award – open procedure on the basis of Article 18(1)(1) and (2), Article 20(1)(1)(b) and Article 73(1), Article 81(1) and Article 82(1) of the Public Procurement Act. The purpose of the public procurement is the conclusion of a framework agreement with a single Contractor and all the terms and conditions set out therein, without any subsequent internal competitive selection. Subject matter of the contract — ‘Supply of tracksuit — framework agreement’, in accordance with technical specification TS G 71.4955.25 and the contracting authority’s requirements.
