Description

The subject matter of the contract is: "Service, repair, supply of spare parts, modules, components, consumables, if necessary, of medical equipment - Imaging equipment in "MHAT-Samokov" EOOD, for a period of 2/two/years from the conclusion of a contract - in accordance with the specification annexed to the invitation. The service will be provided on the condition of a call to the contractor with hourly pay for the medical equipment described in the ‘Technical Specification’ attached to the call. The order includes service maintenance, repair and prophylaxis, upon request delivery and replacement of spare parts, modules, components, consumables in case of need of repair of medical equipment - the performance of the service is subject to a call of the contractor with hourly payment of labor. The cost of the spare parts, consumables, modules and components is paid outside the hourly labour rates offered. In the event of the need to use spare parts, consumables, etc., the Contractor shall submit a tender for the value thereof. The Contractor shall carry out the repair after obtaining written permission from the Assignor. In the absence of such a permit attached to the invoice, the medical institution shall not be financially liable for its payment. The repair of the equipment and the spare parts used shall be guaranteed with a guarantee period not shorter than that specified by the Contractor in the tender. Each participant has the right to submit one proposal for the execution of the contract for all nomenclature units. Participation in the procedure is complex and the participant should cover all nomenclature units. A participant who does not cover all nomenclature units shall be excluded from participation. There is no possibility to provide variants in the bid of the participant.
