Description

The subject of the performance of this public contract is the elaboration of a proposal for complex land consolidations (hereinafter referred to as ‘CLA’) in the cadastral area of Lázně Kynžvart, including the necessary geodetic works in the accuracy class intended for the renewal of the land register by Decree No 357/2013 on the land register (Cadastral Decree), as amended (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Cadastral Decree’). A part of the cadastral area of Lázně Kynžvart (1 291 ha) with a part of k.ú. will be included in the perimeter of the complex land consolidation. Marianske Lazne (42 ha), outside the built-up area of the village. The projected area of the area under construction is in the cadastral area (hereinafter referred to as ‘the cadastral area’) of Lázně Kynžvart and Mariánské Lázně - a total of 1,331 ha.
