Description

1. The subject matter of the contract is the supply of gynaecological oncology equipment to the premises specified by the contracting authority, together with: 1.1. Installation (if applicable), 1.2. Installation (if applicable), 1.3. Activation (if applicable), 1.4. Putting into service (to the extent required by the specific characteristics of the equipment concerned), 1.5. Training of staff (to the extent required by the specific characteristics of the equipment concerned) of the quality requirements relating to at least the main elements constituting the subject matter of the contract. The subject matter of the contract is described in detail in Annexes 3.1 to 3.16 to the PCIs (hereinafter referred to as Annexes 3 to the ToR).
