Description

The City of Äänekoski invites tenders for hand tools and tools for technical work for teaching technical work and teaching facilities in Part C of the comprehensive school in Koulunmäki. The goods purchased must be suitable for use in subject teaching at the school. The acquisition includes, among other things, various hand tools and tools for metal, wood and electrical work as well as for mechanical engineering, as well as protections and storage solutions related to their use for primary and secondary school use. The products offered must meet the quality requirements or other definitions set out in the tender documentation. The products must be delivered between 1 April and 13 June 2025 at a time to be agreed upon in more detail. The procurement is divided into two sub-packages: 1) Primary school handicraft equipment 2) Secondary school handicraft equipment. The tenderer may submit a tender for one or both sub-assemblies. The prices offered on the product form must include the products specified in the invitation to tender and the accessories required for their installation. The tenderer shall indicate separately the delivery costs of the products for each sub-assembly. The delivery costs include all the costs of delivering the component contents to the technical work premises at Koulunmäenkatu 6c, 44100 Äänekoski, ready for use, as well as the disposal of packaging waste. Restoration includes the delivery of products to designated premises, the unpacking of products from their packaging, the naming of products and their storage locations, and the placing of products in designated locations for products, as well as the installation of storage systems and the naming of storage locations in the storage system. If the product or its use requires the placement of safety instructions near the storage location of the product, the delivery and installation of such safety instructions in an appropriate location is also part of the installation. If the product requires instructions for use before it can be put into use, such instructions are also part of the installation process. The machines and equipment offered must have a warranty of at least two (2) years. The Customer reserves the right to make minor changes to the offered solution. The products offered may be reduced, added or replaced up to a maximum of 15% of the value of the selected tender. The value of the changes and the value of the tender will be examined on a sub-assembly basis, even if the tenderer has been selected as the supplier for more than one sub-assembly. The unit prices of the tender or, in the case of products not included in the tender, the maximum unit prices in accordance with the tenderer's normal price list shall be observed. The comparison of the tenders is made on a sub-package basis. The tenderer may be selected for one or more sub-assemblies. The tenders shall be compared on the basis of their economic value for money. The most economically advantageous tender is the tender with the highest reference point. The reference points for tenders in the tender forms shall be calculated using the formula: the lowest tender acceptable for a sub-package/price per sub-package * 100. The reference points for alternative offers shall be calculated using the formula: lowest offer acceptable for a sub-package / price of an alternative offer per sub-package * 85 + quality score (max. 15).
