Description

The subject of the public contract is, in particular, the design of the extension of the school building on the premises of the contracting authority. The building will be basement-free, with two above-ground floors and functionally used attic. It will be located in the area of an existing one-storey operational technical building, which is intended for demolition. The internal layout of the extension will be based on an architectural study, which is part of the tender documentation. Basic capacity data: - Ground plan dimensions of the extension: 53,30m x 16,60m - Built-up area of the extension: 885,00 m2 - Usable area of the extension: 2238,00 m2 of which: 1NP 712,00 m2 2NP 766,00 m2 Attic 760,00 m2 - Building height (ridge): 13,30 m - Built-up area: 11600,00 m3 - photovoltaic power plant on the roof of the building. The project documentation will be processed in stages for the building permit and for the implementation of the construction. The contractual agreement will also include engineering activities in securing the building permit, cooperation with the client in selecting the building supplier and the performance of the designer's supervision during the execution of the work.
