Der Wettbewerb wird als nichtoffener, einstufiger freiraumplanerischer Realisierungswettbewerb mit Ideenteil gemäß RPW 2013 mit vorgeschaltetem Teilnahmewettbewerb im Rahmen eines Verhandlungsverfahrens nach §17 VgV durchgeführt. Die Auslobung hat der Architektenkammer Baden-Württemberg vorgelegen; diese hat die Übereinstimmung mit den Richtlinien bestätigt und wird den Wettbewerb nach Durchführung der Preisgerichtsvorbesprechung registrieren.
