Description

The Oldenburgisch-Ostfriesische Wasserverband, hereinafter referred to as OOWV or AG, is one of the 10 leading companies in the water management sector in Germany. In addition to wastewater disposal, it supplies more than one million people as the largest drinking water supplier in terms of area. The Oldenburg-Ostfriesische Wasserverband (OOWV) is active, among other things, in the field of wastewater. Its disposal area is 3,720 km2 and covers half a million people. The OOWV operates a 4,661 km long sewer network for disposal. The expansion and maintenance of the sewage network requires the award of contracts for the construction, operation and maintenance of sewers at irregular intervals. In this call for tenders, these services are divided into seven lots (according to the regions in the waste disposal area of the OOWV): Lot 1 = Vechta district (maximum total value: EUR 715,000 net p.a.) Lot 2 = County of Cloppenburg (maximum total value: 1.010.000 EUR net p.a.) Lot 3 = Landkreis Oldenburg/ Landkreis Diepholz (maximum total value: EUR 920,000 net p.a.) Lot 4 = City of Oldenburg (maximum total value: 1.750.000 EUR p.a.) Lot 5 = Landkreis Wesermarsch/ Landkreis Cuxhaven (maximum total value: 1,480,000 EUR net p.a.) Lot 6 = Landkreis Friesland/ Landkreis Wittmund (maximum total value: EUR 720,000 net p.a.) Lot 7 = Landkreis Aurich (maximum total value: EUR 510,000 net p.a.) The above-mentioned maximum total values do not include the supplies of materials that must be obtained from the contracting authority's logistics service provider (see also Annex B2 to the procurement documents). Since the OOWV wishes to award a large number of individual contracts in its wastewater treatment area and must also be able to respond to short-term needs without major delays, it wishes to award framework agreements for each lot. It would also like to conclude these framework agreements with several companies in order to ensure the smooth running of wastewater disposal. Companies can apply for several lots.
