1. The contract includes the development of chiropterological studies for the preparation of up-to-date conservation plans for Natura 2000 sites: Muszkowicki Beech Forest (PLH020068), Sztolnia w Młotów (PLH020070), Dolina Bystrzyca Łomnicka (PLH020083), Pieńska Dolina Nysa Łużycka (PLH020086), Mines in Złoty Stok (PLH020007), in particular: 1) drawing up a schedule of field work and a methodology for field work (if it is necessary to apply a methodology diverging from the methodology of the State Environmental Monitoring of the Chief Inspectorate of Environmental Protection, hereinafter referred to as the ‘GIOŚ SPM’, or a methodology for testing the feeding/mating/flying population) and agreeing on it with the Contracting Authority; 2) making a chiropterological inventory in the field; 3) carrying out an assessment of the conservation status of all identified population types of the tested species; 4) preparation of inventory documentation: observation sheets, taking into account: • an actual and reference assessment of the conservation status of the species tested, • existing and potential threats, • conservation measures, including monitoring; negative observation sheets (if applicable); the study summaries; spatial data in the form of digital information layers (GIS); photographic documentation of the species tested; 5) participation in a maximum of two meetings of the Local Cooperation Team; 6) preparing an application for changes to the Standard Data Form (SDF) of the area along with a proposal for a revised SDF. 2. The subject-matter of the contract is subdivided into sub-tasks: 1) sub-task N1 – chiropterological inventory in Natura 2000 site Muszkowicki Las Bukowy (PLH020068), 2) sub-task N2 – chiropterological inventory in Natura 2000 site Sztolnia w Młotów (PLH020070), 3) sub-task N3 – chiropterological inventory in Natura 2000 site Dolina Bystrzyca Łomnicka (PLH020083), 4) sub-task N4 – chiropterological inventory in Natura 2000 site Pieńska Dolina Nysy Łużycka (PLH020086), 5) sub-task N5 - chiropterological inventory in Natura 2000 site Gold Stok Mine (PLH020007). 3. The description of the subject-matter of the contract is set out in Annex 1 to the specifications. 4. The contracting authority provides for the need to transfer intellectual property rights to the performed subject of the contract. A detailed description of the contractual terms is included in the draft contract, which is attached as Annex 2 to the specifications.
