Description

Preventive and corrective maintenance of the inverters of the establishments that are part of the GHUC and of the 2 Data Center rooms of the CHU de Reims . Beneficiary institutions are: CHU Reims, CH Léon Bourgeois de Châlons-en-Champagne, CH Auban-Moët d’Epernay, Groupe Hospitalier Sud Ardennes (GHSA) de Rethel-Vouziers, CH de Fismes, CH de Montmirail, CH d’Argonne de Sainte-Menehould, Établissement Public de Santé Mentale de la Marne (EPSMM), EHPAD d’Avize and EHPAD de Vienne-le-Château. The contract is divided into 2 lots. This contract takes the form of a framework agreement with purchase orders within the meaning of the second paragraph of Article R.2162-2 of the Public Order Code, which is executed by issuing successive purchase orders under the conditions laid down in Articles R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the Public Order Code. The framework agreement with order forms is concluded without a minimum but with a maximum per period, set at: €235,000 excluding VAT for Lot 1 and €250,000 excluding VAT for Lot 2. The contract shall be awarded for a period of 12 months from 1 January 2027 or from the date of receipt of the notification, whichever is the later. This initial period is tacitly renewable for 3 periods of 12 months.
