Предметът на настоящата обществена поръчка: „Споразумение за ниво на обслужване (SLA – Service Level Agreement) – предоставяне на техническа помощ, консултации, сервизни услуги и доставки при осъществяване на техническа поддръжка на системи за сигнализация и телекомуникации в жп участък София-Пловдив-Свиленград“, цели извършване на дейности по превантивна поддръжка, ремонт и възстановяване на повредени модули и апаратури, техническа помощ и консултации, които да подпомагат експлоатационния персонал на ДП НКЖИ при осъществяване на ежедневните дейности по техническа поддръжка и експлоатация на системите за сигнализация в участъка Септември – Пловдив – Свиленград и системите за телекомуникации в участъка София – Пловдив - Свиленград.
