Description

The purpose of this call for tenders is to select a contractor to carry out design, construction and author’s supervision activities during the execution of the works on the building of ‘III OU Dimitar Blagoev’, Shumen. The public procurement is related to the implementation of a project: ‘Improvement of energy efficiency and modernisation of the educational environment in the third primary school, D. Blagoev, Shumen’, under Procedure BG-RRP-1.007 ‘Modernisation of the educational environment’, financed by the Ministry of Education and Science under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan. The project envisages the introduction of measures to improve energy efficiency and the modernisation of the educational environment in the third primary school, D. Blagoev, Shumen. The building has a total built-up area of 2632 sq.m. It is envisaged that activities will be carried out in accordance with the measures prescribed in the Energy Audit Report of the school building, some of which are: making thermal insulation of the roof (583 sq. m.), the walls (1594 sq. m.) and the floor; installation of new windows and doors made of PVC profile (472 sq.m.); construction of a new heating system, which will increase the coefficient of heat output; installation of new energy-saving LED lighting and more.
