Description

In the context of this contract, the contractor must in particular: the annual programming/coordination and performance of so-called periodic regulatory checks, including the submission of implementing documents, in all the areas of intervention of Eau de Paris in view of the condition of its equipment, installations and working environments, its environment and its production processes. - As an annex:a.The performance of so-called regulatory checks other than periodic checks, such as: i.Initial regulatory controls following, in particular, the reclassification of a periodic control as an initial control (periodic control carried out as an initial control) or a modification of an existing installation or equipment. ii.Regulatory controls of lifting of reserve/observation for cases where the periodic regulatory control would not have been entirely conclusive. iii.Regulatory controls initiated on formal notice from the labour inspectorate or other competent bodies (if the level of accreditation of the holder allows it). iv.Punctual regulatory controls corresponding to additional checks, measures or tests to be carried out once the risk that was sought to be prevented has materialized or the desire to ensure the quality of maintenance operations carried out by a third party. b.The performance of so-called alert services, personalised regulatory monitoring and follow-up in terms of regulatory controls with the assistance of users if necessary. - As a related matter: a. the exploitation of the results of the regulatory controls, under the conditions and following the modalities described in the CCTP b. the implementation of the material means, (cad small supplies, ingredients and consumables as well as common and specialized tools including measuring and control apparatus) necessary for the execution of the controls as described in this CCTP, including definition and implementation of the necessary means of access up to a working height of 2 meters compared to the floor level and making available the payloads for the flat-rate regulatory controls. As far as possible, the contractor will propose:- The performance of lifting services of all kinds, including prior definition of means, programming, coordination, and allowing the service provider to reach, under optimum safety conditions, the working height allowing the performance of regulatory controls, by definition strictly greater than 2 meters in relation to the floor level. -Rental of charges, including prior definition of weights, programming, coordination, on-site transport, and implementation of the charges necessary to carry out the regulatory checks described in the contract other than flat-rates. -The performance of intellectual services such as coverage checks, audits of maintenance services with regard to the company's contribution to maintaining the conformity of the installations or equipment entrusted, technical assistance necessary for setting up or monitoring a periodic inspection, advice in particular on the use of the results of regulatory checks carried out (excluding design-type engineering services) ... to ensure over the duration of the contract: *The effectiveness of the checks *The continuous adaptation of the coverage of regulatory controls, depending on the rule of law, activities, installations, equipment or working environments and industrial processes to EDP *The quality of the services provided by third-party contractors or maintainers entrusted by EDP to resolve the observations made by the regulatory controller.*The technical and financial optimization of the services rendered by the holder Text automatically translated in your browsing language Automatically translated
