Solna Stad och Fabege har för avsikt att på del av fastigheterna Solna Järva 4:9 och 4:11 uppföra en byggnad som ska inrymma en simanläggning och kontor m.m .med preliminär produktionstid Q3 2019- Q3 2022.
Denna entreprenad (E3) avser en fullt färdig simhall inom avsedd del av byggnaden och omfattar såväl byggnadsarbeten, installationsarbeten och kringarbeten för en fullt driftsatt anläggning.
Entreprenaden avser att preliminärt starta på plats april 2021.
