Description

The subject of the contract covering the period from 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2026 is: • the provision of a service involving the collection and management of municipal waste generated on properties inhabited from the territory of the Commune of Hażlach, • the establishment and operation of a Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point together with the management of collected waste from people living in the Commune of Hażlach, located in the Commune of Hażlach or at a distance of no more than 3 km from the border of the Commune in a straight line, hereinafter referred to as the CMS, ensuring convenient access for the residents of the Commune. The PSZOK area must be paved, fenced, illuminated and supervised. The contractor is obliged to collect and manage the entire amount of municipal waste from residential real estate, including in particular: mixed municipal waste, (b) paper; metals; plastics; glass; multi-material packaging waste; ash; bio-waste; hazardous waste; expired medicines and chemicals; waste ineligible for medical waste generated in the household as a result of taking medicinal products in the form of injections and monitoring the level of substances in the blood, in particular needles and syringes; waste batteries and accumulators; waste electrical and electronic equipment; furniture and other bulky wastes; worn out tyres; construction and demolition waste; waste textiles and clothing; (r) and so on. (open waste catalogue) – as part of the provision of services, the contractor will be obliged to receive only municipal waste subject to registration in the register of regulated activities in accordance with the interpretation of the Ministry of the Environment. The subject of the contract covers all residential properties located in the area of the Commune of Hażlach. Therefore, it does not cover the collection and management of waste generated in connection with economic activities carried out by the residents of the municipality.
