The subject of the contract is the partial renovation of the municipal outdoor public lighting, through the contracting of the supply and installation of new luminaires with LED technology by the current conventional technology, in accordance with the technical specifications described in the Technical Specification drawn up by the Industrial Technical Engineer of this City Council, which, together with this specification, forms an integral part of it. It corresponds to Action 4, ‘Supply and Installation of luminaires for the energy efficiency of public infrastructure (external lighting)’, of Axis 2, ‘Improvement of energy efficiency’, of the Tourism Sustainability Plan at Destination (PSTD) ‘Sustainable Nerja’, which is integrated into the Territorial Tourism Sustainability Plan at Destination Andalusia – Extraordinary Programme 2022, which is part of the Tourism Sustainability Strategy at Destinations, which is part of Component 14, Investment 1, Sub-measure 2 of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan. within the ‘PSTD Sustainable Nerja’, integrated into the Territorial Tourism Sustainability Plan at Destination Andalusia – Extraordinary Programme 2022, within the tourism sustainability strategy at destinations, within the framework of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan (c14.i.1.2).
