RENTAL OF INDUSTRIAL VEHICLES AND SOFTWARE CAMIOANS, SUPPLYING SPECIFIC DEPAY SERVICES ON ROAD ARTICLES IN CRAIOVA WINTER 2025-2026, period 15November 2025 - 31 March 2026, PURCHASE BY LOTS: LOTE 1 - Vehicles equipped with blade and non-slip spreading system with a capacity of 2-3.5 m3 for snow removal activity, a number of 240 hours of operation and 432 hours of mobilization and logistics insurance provided by at least 1 pieces and a number of 720 hours of operation and 1296 hours of mobilization and logistics insurance provided by maximum 3 pieces; LOTE 2 - Vehicles equipped with blade and non-slip spreading system with a capacity of 7-9 cubic meters for snow removal activity, a number of 720 hours of operation and 1296 hours of mobilization and logistics insurance provided by minimum 3 pieces and a number of 960 hours of operation and 1728 hours of mobilization and logistics insurance provided by maximum 5 pieces; LOTE 3 - Bucket loaders with a capacity between 0.3 mc - 1.1 mc for snow removal activity (loading non-slip material, snow clearance, salt storage arrangement and intermediate loading ramps), a number of 960 hours of operation and 1728 hours of mobilization and logistics insurance provided by at least 4 pieces and a number of 1440 hours of operation and 2592 hours of mobilization and logistics insurance provided by maximum 6 pieces; LOTE 4 - Bucket loaders with a capacity between 1.2 m3 - 1.25 m3 for snow removal activity (loading non-slip material, snow clearance, salt storage arrangement and intermediate loading ramps), a number of 480 hours of operation and 864 hours of mobilization and logistics insurance provided by at least 2 pieces and a number of 720 hours of operation and 1296 hours of mobilization and logistics insurance provided by maximum 3 pieces; LOTE 5 - Bucket loaders with a capacity between 1.3 m3 - 1.5 m3 for snow removal activity (loading non-slip material, snow clearance, salt storage arrangement and intermediate loading ramps), a number of 480 hours of operation and 864 hours of mobilization and logistics insurance provided by at least 2 pieces and a number of 960 hours of operation and 1728 hours of mobilization and logistics insurance provided by maximum 4 pieces; LOTE 6 - Road tractors of at least 60 hp equipped with plug(semigreder) / blade / trailer for pushing snow and trailer for transport, without payment of mobilization hours and logistics insurance, a number of 720 hours of operation provided by at least 3 pieces and a number of 1200 hours of operation provided by maximum 5 pieces; LOTE 7 - Dump trucks with a capacity of 7-20 tons for snow transport, non-slip materials (salt, sand) and towing, without the payment of mobilization hours and logistics insurance, a maximum of 480 operating hours provided by minimum 2 pieces and a number of 960 operating hours provided by maximum 4 pieces; Number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders: Twelve days. The contracting authority will respond in a clear and complete manner to all requests for clarifications on the 8th day before the deadline for submission of tenders.
