Description

Pohjois-Karjalan hyvinvointialue eli Siun sote tekee hankintalain (1397/2016) 14 luvun 136 §:n 2 mom. mukaisen sopimusmuutoksen voimassa olevalle hankintasopimukselle Palvelusopimus, Vatsakeskuksen Olympus ETD-endoskooppipesukoneiden täysylläpitohuolto / 2025.222.1. Sopimuksen kohteena ovat Vatsakeskuksen Olympus ETD endoskooppipesukoneiden ETD Double Washer Disinfectorin INFOCUS Complete (ETD/EDC) -täysylläpitohuollot. Sopimukseen lisätään teknisenä muutoksena 1.5.2025 alkaen Olympus ETD4 Basic PAA määräaikaishuollot. Määräaikaishuollon vuosiarvio on 6333,00 € (alv 0 %), arvon ennakoitu kokonaisarvo 48 kk ajalta 25 332,00 € (alv 0 %). Sopimuksen ennakoitu kokonaisarvo on 221 972,00 € (alv 0 %), joka ylittää EU-kynnysarvon. Hankinta on toteutettu suorahankintana, koska kyseiset laitteet voi huoltaa vain laitteen toimittaja (Laki julkisista hankinnoista ja käyttöoikeussopimuksista (1397/2016) 5 luku 40 § mom. 2).
