The Centre de Gestion de la Fonction Publique Territoriale de l'Aveyron, represented by its president, is carrying out this consultation with a view to taking out insurance contracts guaranteeing the financial risks associated with the statutory social protection of the staff of local authorities, public establishments in the department and for itself pursuant to the General Civil Service Code (Article 26 of Law No 84-53 of 26 January 1984 laying down statutory provisions relating to the Territorial Civil Service) or the texts preceding the Code and not yet codified and Decree No 86-552 of 14 March 1986.
