This competition concerns a project management mission relating to a project for the construction of a building dedicated to higher education including in particular an engineering school specializing in digital technology (ISANUM), as well as teaching spaces shared between several sectors of the University of Pau and Pays de l'Adour (UPPA) within a learning center.
