Description

1. The subject of the contract is the waste management service with code 19 12 08 together with the service of their collection and transport in an estimated total amount of 250 Mg. 2. The description of the subject of the contract, the description of the contracting authority's requirements for implementation and acceptance shall specify: - description of the subject-matter of the contract - Annex 1 to the FTZ, - draft provisions of the contract - Annex 2 to the FTZ. 3. As part of the additional information, the Ordering Party informs that in accordance with Art. 4 of the Public Procurement Act sets a deadline for the submission of tenders shorter than 35 days from the date of transmission of the contract notice to the Publications Office of the European Union. 4. The Contractor shall remain bound by the tender until 24 November 2025.
