Description

The contract concerns:
Daily maintenance of cleanliness and order in the office of the Forest District.
Range of cleaning surfaces:
(1) Tarket carpet floors: 455 m²
(2) flooring of ceramic tiles: 83 m²
3 Window frame: 55 m²
4) Glazed door surface: 21 m²
5) Interior door surface: 40 m²
6) Office furniture: 11 office spaces + after-school centre
7) kitchen furniture: 2 rooms.
Surveillance of the buildings, the square, the headquarters of the Forest District and the site of the Forest Education Centre on working days from 1 p.m. 15 to 7 the following day, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays 24 hours a day.
Performing stand-by duty at the emergency call point during a direct fire-fighting operation on weekdays from 15h00 until the on-call duty is cancelled by an on-call officer from the Regional Directorate of State Forests in Poznań. On public holidays, Sundays and public holidays throughout the day, during the hours fixed by a member of the Regional Directorate of State Forests in Poznań.
